I use WordPress Reader tag words to find bloggers writing about the same things as me, then visit their blogs and like their posts. Many end visiting my blog in return. And, yes, as Shivee says above, I try and consistently write the best posts I can.

Quality of content,if that one thing is right ,people will enjoy reading the post, I think that’s the only thing I pay attention to.
